Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist Speech and Language Therapists in delivering therapy sessions to students.

3. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to implement individualised learning plans.
4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
5. Help create engaging resources and activities to enhance communication development.
6. Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and reports.
Requirements:
1. Qualified and registered Speech & Language Therapist Assistant.
2. Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.
3. Possess an Enhanced DBS or willingness to get a new one.
4. Eligible to work in the UK without any restrictions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with additional needs.
7. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
