We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Purchasing Administrator to support our busy purchasing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the purchasing team
* Process purchase orders and update internal systems accurately
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules
* Maintain and organise purchasing records and documentation
* Assist in tracking stock levels and monitoring delivery timelines
* Support with invoice matching and resolving basic queries
* Carry out general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
