Are you an experienced facilities manager? Are you technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical trade? I may have the challenge for you. My client are a large facilities company who over see a number of commercial contracts nationally. They are currently seeking a technically qualified facilities manager to join an existing team on a large industrial site near Oxford. This is a site based role working Monday to Friday.

Duties include:
* Managing both sub-contractors and direct labour ensuring high levels of delivery within a KPI's of contract
* Managing and over seeing budgets
* Engaging with client and key stakeholders regarding any contract issues
* Involved in audits and compliance ensuring log books are kept up to date
* Over seeing all H&S on site including SOP's, RAMS ect
* Holding an IOSH certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations
* Working along side the contract manager
The ideal candidate will need:
* Technically qualified either mechanical or electrical trade
* Experience in a similar technical role
* Experience working on CAFM systems
* Knowledge of CDM Regs
* Able to pass DBS
