We are looking for two Sales Consultants to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Brighton and Hove site.

CB Heating Ltd part of the EDF group and is one of the most respected names within the renewables sector. We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UK's largest energy suppliers.
About the role:
* Job title: Sales Consultant
* Employment type: Full time, Permanent
* Working hours: Mo- Fri 9:00-17:00
* Salary band: £25,500 k basic salary + potential OTE of £55k
You will be conveying to homeowners the benefits of future proofing their homes, with an air source heat pump as part of the government's plan to move the UK away from fossil fuels and become less reliant on gas. You will be managing a book of customers from the point of enquiry to sale, ensuring smooth and effective communication throughout, while keeping the CRM system up to date. Knowledge of heat pumps is a benefit, but not essential as full training will be given as well as ongoing support and development.
Key responsibilities will include:
* You will be working warm inbound leads
* Actively prospect, qualify, and close leads to meet and exceed sales targets
* Always providing customers with the best customer service
* Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their heating needs, explain the benefits of an air source heat pump and answer any technical questions the customer may have.
* Effectively identifying and selling the correct solutions for customer
* Prepare and pitch detailed proposals and quotes based on customer requirements, ensuring clarity on system specifications and cost
* Close sales with customers
* Work with the operational teams to ensure the installation is planned and is delivered
* Thorough diary and CRM management
* Achieve and exceed monthly key performance indicators
* Upholding company's core values and encourage a team culture
About you:
* Proven track record in sales, with a minimum experience of 2 years
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to successfully convey technical information to customers
* Ability to negotiate and influence
* Highly driven and ability to work individually but also as part of a team
* Ability to use sales software and technological tools to make, track and finalize sales
* Problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a target driven environment
