About the Role

As Culture & Community Coordinator, you will help bring that culture to life every day. In finding ways to support and improve our culture, we have decided to expand our Culture and Community team with a Coordinator on a hybrid basis. This role is ideal for a creative person who enjoys building community, supporting initiatives that help people thrive and creating experiences.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of our engagement, wellbeing, internal communications and social impact programmes across the UK and Europe.
* Play an active role in bringing our culture and engagement moments to life, from all staff celebrations and Leaders Forums to wellbeing days and volunteering programmes.
* Working with the Wellbeing Lead, coordinate a calendar of wellbeing initiatives aligned with UK and European awareness campaigns.
* Collaborate with colleagues in the executive support and communications teams, coordinating logistics for multi-site and multi-country events, creating moments that bring colleagues together and strengthen sense of belonging.
* Gathering feedback and insights, helping us continually learn, improve and create even better experiences for our people.
* Support internal comms campaigns, particularly those that promote culture, engagement and wellbeing programmes. Assist with content planning and publishing across MS365 and other platforms.
* Manage logistics, communications, resourcing and attendee engagement for internal and external wellbeing events.
* Champion employee volunteering as a core engagement strategy, and support Social Impact manager in developing and delivering staff volunteering events.
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking for social impact committees.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience delivering creative employee engagement, culture or community‑focused initiatives
* Proven coordination skills across multiple locations and/or stakeholders
* Strong organisational and administrative capability, with attention to detail
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence using MS365 tools and digital engagement platforms
* Ability to work inclusively across diverse teams and cultures
* Experience tracking engagement metrics or producing simple reports
* Background in wellbeing delivery, internal communications or recognition programmes
