Following the successful opening of our flagship store in Liverpool One, we open a six‑month pop‑up at the Trafford Centre later this year and are looking for passionate, customer‑focused team members to bring this vision to life. This is a six‑month fixed‑term contract starting late October 2025 with variable hours during peak periods.
Responsibilities
* Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for trading each day.
* Assist in managing daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
* Support the team in achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
* Help with training and mentoring new team members.
* Act as a point of contact for shift‑related issues in the absence of management.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail environment, in a supervisory or keyholder role is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A keen interest in fashion and retail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
