Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Representative, based in Ilkley but with hybrid working to include field visits. The Sales Account Rep will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving account growth. Key tasks include generating leads, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities to expand the customer base and representing the company's commitment to quality and service excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the beverage industry or prior experience in beer is preferred
* Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices
* Experience in Account Management and ability to foster long-term relationships
* Skills in Lead Generation and developing strategies to expand client outreach
* Strong Communication abilities for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
* Understanding of sales principles and a results-driven approach
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
