What you’ll be doing
You will support and manage projects from planning through to delivery, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
* Support the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
* Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Track project progress, risks, issues, and actions, ensuring they are clearly documented and managed.
* Work with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
* Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and updates.
* Help manage changes, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects.
* Contribute to project closure activities, including handover and lessons learned.
* Provide clear and professional updates to internal stakeholders and management.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll be working across a mix of:
* IT and technology delivery projects
* Internal business improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
* 1–2 years’ experience in project support, administration, or coordination roles.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A well-spoken, confident, and professional manner.
* Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
* A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
* Ability to work on-site in Rochdale (Tuesday–Thursday).
* Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall).
* Experience working in IT, MSP, or professional services environments.
