Claims Handler – Prompt Resolution Team Leeds (Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home)

Full-time | Permanent


What you’ll be doing:

* Take ownership of your own portfolio of claims from first notification through to settlement;
* Manage a mixed caseload of low-value injury (EL/PL) and property damage claims;
* Investigate claims, review policy coverage and make fair, informed decisions;
* Work closely with policyholders, brokers and loss adjusters;
* Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer outcomes;
* Prioritise workloads and progress claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
* Contribute to continuous improvement and team projects.


What we’re looking for:

* Insurance claims, underwriting, broking or operations;
* Property or liability claims;
* Customer-focused roles within insurance;
* A legal or academic background (e.g. law graduate).


You’ll bring:

* Organisational and attention to detail;
* Confidence speaking with customers;
* A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career.
