The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in a career in Risk Management to join our diverse, passionate, and innovative ZRS Property Team.
Ideal candidates will have some background in Property Insurance, gained through underwriting, claims, or risk engineering roles.
The role is primarily home-based but requires travel to customer sites across the region. It is an essential car user (ECU) position, including a company car allowance.
Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month comprehensive training academy to build foundational skills in Risk Engineering.

Responsibilities
1. Conduct desktop and on-site risk assessments following global guidelines.
2. Create professional risk assessment and improvement reports.
3. Manage risk improvement actions proactively within customer account management.
4. Collaborate across Risk Engineering, Claims, Underwriting, and other departments.
5. Prioritize workload to meet customer needs and global standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience assessing property risks (fire, flood, security) from underwriting or claims perspectives.
* Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention for Property and Business Interruption risks.
* Relevant qualifications such as Cert/Dip CII, TIFireE, or Risk Management certifications.
* Strong presentation, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build trusted relationships and promote teamwork.
* Commitment to self and team development with clear goal-setting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with Zurich Resilience Solutions offerings and stakeholder engagement.
