Linq are partnered with a well-established, high-quality nursing and residential care service dedicated to providing outstanding care, comfort, and support to elderly residents. The service prides itself on the quality of its service, creating a homely environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead this nursing and residential service. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance, and leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire and manage a team of care and nursing professionals.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Deliver excellent standards of care and safety, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
* Oversee operational and financial performance, including budgeting and staffing.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement to maintain the home’s reputation for excellence.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in managing a nursing or residential care home.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
* Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) desirable but not essential.
