We’re looking for a Hotel Receptionist with a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, who communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, has great attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed as our Hotel Receptionist you should have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good natural sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Hotel Reception duties include:
* taking reservations,
* dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
* check-ins and check-outs,
* taking payments,
* answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
