Brocket Hall is on the lookout for a dedicated Hospitality Receptionist to join our esteemed team and be the warm face of our estate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The right candidate will help ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
 * Greet and welcome all members, guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
 * Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, maintaining high standards of service.
 * Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
 * Assist with bookings and reservations for various experiences and facilities across the estate, including accommodation, dining experience, helicopter landing, golf tee time etc.
 * Support general administrative tasks and maintain accurate guest records, reservations and preferences.
 * Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
 * Promote various services and amenities available on the Estate, enhancing guest experience.
 * Ensure the reception area is well‑organised, tidy, and reflective of the Brocket Hall’s high standards.
Requirements
 * Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
 * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Proficiency in booking systems/CRM system is preferred and Computer software.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
 * Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
 * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
 * A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
