Absolute Law Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2yrs+ to join an exceptional Law Firm in Surrey.
You will provide high quality legal advice on the full range of private client matters whilst acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role requires the delivery of excellent advice with the ability to guide clients on long-term strategic planning, alongside changing economic and political environments.

* Tax and trust Work
* Capital Gains Tax ('CGT') advice
* Estate and succession planning
* Inheritance Tax ('IHT') planning
* All aspects of preparing Wills
* Trust creation and trust administration
* Trust tax and estate administration and tax compliance.

* Desire to develop existing expertise, experience and skills with training.
