This Year 1 Teacher will plan and deliver an ambitious Year 1 curriculum that secures rapid progress in phonics, early reading, writing and number. Secure subject knowledge in phonics, reading and early mathematics. Strong classroom management, organisational ability and a reflective approach to teaching.
