What You’ll Be Doing
* Performing process line checks and autonomous maintenance
* Supporting unloading of cement trains and vessels
* Carrying out mechanical repairs, fault analysis, and calibration
* Welding and fabrication using a range of techniques and equipment
* Bench fitting and maintenance of cooling systems
* Promoting digital transformation across the site
* Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and safety
* Recording and communicating production, maintenance, and quality data
* Supporting environmental compliance and risk assessments
Your Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain production equipment and mobile plant
* Assist with inspections, cleaning, and unblocking of plant systems
* Support maintenance teams and contribute to first-line repairs
* Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and emergency services
* Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
