Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southampton. The role entails managing daily activities, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers. Key responsibilities may include managing operational tasks, assisting with events, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with other team members to deliver a high-quality experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Knowledge of health and safety standards, with an understanding of maintaining a safe environment
* Teamwork and leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating and managing team activities
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to solve problems in a professional manner
* Experience in the leisure, health, or fitness industry is an advantage but not mandatory
* First aid certification or willingness to obtain it is an asset
