Overview
Small but growing construction company specialising in residential and commercial refurbishment projects (£25k to £500k) is looking for a reliable and organised Account/Project Manager to oversee multiple small projects and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple small-scale construction projects
* Track project progress, update timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
* Prepare and review project documentation, proposals, budgets, and change orders
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues proactively
* Handle client communications, resolve issues, and provide regular updates
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Support business development efforts through client retention and referral generation
You will need
* 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, account management, or related role
* Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Valid driver\'s license (site visits required)
