This is afreelance opportunityfor an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a critical project in Walsall, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery throughout.
The Role
Youll be responsible for theday-to-day supervision of mechanical works on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors while working closely with the wider project team in a live hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical operatives and subcontractors on site
* Coordinate daily activities to meet programme and quality requirements
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and RAMS
* Maintain stricthealth & safety standardsin a live healthcare setting
* Liaise with the Project Manager, site teams, and hospital stakeholders
* Oversee quality control, snagging, and support testing & commissioning
* Manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics
