Senior Director of People— Location: London based (Hybrid with visits to our London office); Salary: £95,000 - £113,500 per annum; Hours: 35 per week; Contract: Permanent.

What will a day in the life of the Senior Director of People involve? You’ll be:
Responsibilities
* Leading and assuring progress on the People Strategy, translating it into actionable goals that drive culture and behaviours.
* Usingpeople analytics and insightto measure success in recruitment, retention, and organisational development, enabling informed decisions.
* OverseeingPeople Services, ensuring excellence in recruitment, retention, recognition, reward, and professional growth.
* Driving the development of adiverse and inclusive workforce planthat reflects the communities we serve.
* Ensuring robustleadership and management development programmesare in place to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
* Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders across the organisation to foster collaboration and deliver impact.
Qualifications
To be a successful Senior Director of People, what will you need?
* MCIPD qualified(or equivalent through study or experience); FCIPD desirable.
* A proven track record of leading a significant people function within a large and complex organisation.
* Demonstrable experience indelivering people strategies, organisational development, and building a performance-driven culture.
* Strong current knowledge ofemployment law, HR best practice, and organisational change.
* Experience in usingdata and KPIsto improve workforce management and measure impact.
* A leadership style that is dynamic, compassionate, inclusive, and courageous, with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels, including Board and senior stakeholders.
