Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Wanted – Leading UK Manufacturer

We’re expanding our on site engineering team and looking for an electrically skilled maintenance technician who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to develop their career with a forward thinking business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
11. As part of our expert maintenance team, your day to day responsibilities will include:
12. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
13. Reacting quickly and effectively to breakdowns across the production line
14. Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
15. Supporting a range of automated machinery, including robotic systems and PLCs
16. Assisting with machine installations and continuous improvement projects
17. Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting
18. Working collaboratively with production and other departments to maximise uptime
What We’re Looking For:
19. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or Service Engineer in a production or manufacturing setting
20. Multi-skilled – with strong electrical fault finding skills
21. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in an Electrical discapline
22. Ideally apprenticeship trained, but not essential
23. Basic understanding of Plc control systems
24. Proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
