Are you an experienced Master or Diagnostic Technician looking for your next challenge? Motor Range Manchester, part of the North West's leading used car dealership group, is expanding and looking for a highly skilled technician to join our busy workshop team.
*About the Role*
As a Master / Diagnostic Technician at Motor Range Manchester, you will take a lead role in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, technically strong individual who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
*What You'll Do:*
* Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
* Confidently work across multiple vehicle makes and models.
* Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify issues.
* Support other technicians with technical guidance where required.
* Carry out repairs to a high standard, ensuring quality and safety at all times.
* Adhere to workshop processes and health & safety regulations.
*What We're Looking For:*
* Proven experience as a Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician.
* Strong diagnostic ability with complex vehicle faults.
* Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle systems and electronics.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
* A professional, team-focused attitude with high attention to detail.
* MOT licence preferred but not essential.
*Salary & Benefits:*
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
* Bonus scheme available
* Full-time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday working hours
* Saturday mornings on a rotated basis
