My client in the insurance industry are looking for a Personal Assistant to work on a 2-3 month contract. Skills and details of the role can be found below:
* Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and organise appointments, meetings, and events, often managing access to the executive.
* Travel & Logistics: Book and arrange travel, accommodation, and transport, including preparing itineraries.
* Communication & Correspondence: Manage calls and emails, screening and directing them on behalf of the employer where necessary
* Document & Report Preparation: Draft, edit, and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain procedures, databases, and filing systems.
* Events & Conferences: Assist with planning and coordinating events
* Expense & Budget Management: Collate and manage expenses and support basic budgeting tasks.
* Personal Support: Handle personal tasks if and when required
