Sheet Metal Supervisor
Job Description
Plan and oversee daily production to meet schedules, delivery targets and quality requirements
Motivate and manage shop-floor staff, including training, performance, attendance and timekeeping
Monitor quality standards, troubleshoot production issues and ensure parts are produced to specification
Maintain accurate production records and ensure jobs are correctly recorded on company systems
Drive continuous improvement activities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment
Highly experienced and knowledgeable on sheet metal and fabrication processes
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
