You will work across both Scarlet and Bedruthan hotels, guiding guests through carefully curated lists, leading tastings, and helping create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Whether you’re already WSET qualified or just starting out, we will help you grow with full support and training.
What will you be doing?
* Creating bespoke wine pairings and experiences for dinner and events
* Leading small group tastings and intimate conversations about wine
* Guiding guests through a list of 150+ old-world wines rooted in sustainability
* Providing warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcome to farewell
* Supporting wine education within the wider Food & Beverage team
* Developing your own wine knowledge through training and qualifications
Who are we looking for?
You will be:
* Passionate about wine—whether experienced or eager to learn
* Curious, confident, and able to connect authentically with guests
* Naturally warm and thoughtful in your service approach
* Excited to work with ethical, environmentally conscious wine producers
* Calm under pressure and comfortable working across both hotels
