Your new role
As the E‑Billing Assistant, you will work closely with the Revenue Supervisor to provide an accurate, timely and efficient revenue support service. The role is primarily focused on E‑Billing, with some traditional billing exposure.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Submitting e‑bills through client‑specific systems and vendor platforms
2. Liaising with Partners and Fee Earners on appeals and queries
3. Tracking, updating and maintaining accurate records of e‑bill progress
4. Ensuring all appeals and submissions arepleted within strict deadlines
5. Supporting the wider revenue team where required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
6. Experience working in a legal finance or revenue environment - essential
7. Previous exposure to E‑Billing processes (Legal‑X experience advantageous, but training can be provided)
8. Strong numerical accuracy and excellent attention to detail
9. Confidentmunication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
10. Strong organisational ability with a proactive, flexible approach to workload
11. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge when needed
