This is a full-time position running until December 2025, with a strong potential to become permanent. The successful candidate will join a well-established Art department and take responsibility for delivering inspiring and engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an excellent opportunity to nurture creativity, encourage artistic exploration, and develop students’ skills across a variety of media and techniques. About the Role: Design and deliver engaging, imaginative Art lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students Foster creativity, independent thinking, and self-confidence in learners Track and evaluate student progress, offering clear and constructive feedback Create and sustain a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities, exhibitions, and art clubs The ideal candidate will: Degree in Art, Fine Art, or a closely related discipline (essential) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification (preferred) Proven experience teaching Art at Key Stages 3 and 4 Creative, flexible, and passionate about inspiring students through art education Excellent classroom management and strong organisational abilities Why Work with Supply Desk?
