Requirements:
4. Assess Needs: Evaluate the needs of individuals, families, or communities to identify necessary resources and services.
5. Create Care Plans: Develop care plans to address clients’ needs and goals.
6. Connect with Resources: Link clients with appropriate community resources such as food stamps, childcare, healthcare, and mental health services.
7. Follow-Up: Ensure clients’ needs are met and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans.
8. Advocate: Assist clients in navigating public assistance and social service systems.
9. Community Outreach: Organize and promote community outreach programs and workshops.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
10. Social Work England registration
11. Eligible to work in the UK
12. Hold a full UK licence
13. Post-qualified experience
14. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
