Job Title: Customs Compliance & Technical Manager
30pm Monday to Friday

Working within Woodside Global this person's primary role will be to become a key member of our customs & freight forwarding teams, ensuring compliance of all import / export shipments handled and Customs Clearance facilities used.
Responsible for Global & Brexit related customs compliance
Providing Technical Industry Compliance knowledge to support the Group and acting as the primary lead for the reliable sourcing of information for: Leading the audit and review of Customs declarations to ensure compliance.
Ongoing review and business support for the impact of Brexit
Export support (providing export support around documentation, managing transactions, booking shipments with freight forwarders, approval of charges, maintaining records)
Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Customs and/or Freight Forwarding environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft excel and other systems
Passion for Customs and Compliance related issues
Previous experience with Thyme IT or other viable customs systems
