Technical Administration Support – 12-Month FTC HD-Tech is pleased to partner with a leading client to recruit a technically minded individual to join their busy Technical Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to support the business through project administration, technical documentation, and quality control within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support across the department as required. * Work collaboratively within a busy, integral team. * Liaise with clients, area technical managers, and site technicians. * Handle internal and external telephone enquiries. * Manage live projects, including checking material orders, project documentation, and issuing notifications. * Produce and process technical specifications. * Review and process inspection reports, guarantees, and other project documentation. * Assist team members as needed and be flexible to support additional hours when required. * Maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and attention to detail. * Prioritise workload effectively to meet business demands. * Support other areas of the department or business as needed. * Perform ad-hoc duties as requested. * Utilise purpose-built databases, Word, and Excel efficiently.
