Working with senior leaders, hiring managers, and the People Team, you’ll influence workforce planning, strengthen our culture, and ensure every candidate has a positive experience. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, including senior, technical, and operational roles. Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and create recruitment plans. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies. Manage candidate experience, onboarding, and employer branding. Use Employment Hero ATS to track candidates and report on metrics. Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and recruitment workflows. Contribute to People initiatives, including D&I, workforce planning, and talent development. What we’re looking for Proven recruitment experience, ideally in technical or operational sectors. Skilled in end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and onboarding. Experience with ATS systems and digital recruitment tools. Strong communicator, proactive, and candidate-focused. Willing to travel across the UK as needed. Bonus: experience in fire, construction, or safety industries. Why Checkmate?
