Your new role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of bag sealing machines across the UK and internationally. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support, while also contributing to sales growth by promoting equipment and consumables. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a proactive and technically skilled individual.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Mechanically Biased Engineer (Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
2. Clean UK Driving Licence and Passport
3. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and abroad
4. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on engineering skills
5. Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
6. Confident communicator with good problem-solving abilities
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of HSEQ standards
