What You’ll Do
Provide practical support and companionship, including:
1. Companionship and conversation
2. Personal care and daily routines
3. Medication prompts/support (where required)
4. Mobility support and short outings
5. Meal preparation and light household tasks
All visits are planned and supported by the office team.
Qualifications
Training & Development — No Experience Needed
You’ll be fully supported with:
6. Paid induction and mandatory training
7. Shadowing with experienced Care Professionals
8. Ongoing support and supervision
9. Option to continue beyond school holidays if you enjoy the role
10. Pathways into accredited Dementia and End of Life Care training
11. Support towards recognised Health & Social Care qualifications

Pay & Benefits
12. £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)
