As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft, you will receive:
1. £28000 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft:
22. Market properties to potential tenants
23. Arrange and conduct property viewings
24. Negotiate offers
25. Agree new tenancies
26. Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
27. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
28. Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
