You will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. The role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and confidential information.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
2. Document Management: Create, proofread, and edit presentations, documents, and reports. Maintain and organise digital and physical files.
3. Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives; conduct research and compile data as needed.
4. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence, phone calls, and written materials.
