Customer Service Advisor
Location: Avonmouth
Salary: Up to £33,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm
I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, well-established distribution team in Avonmouth.
This full-time, permanent role involves managing client accounts, processing orders via phone and email, and providing outstanding customer service. Experience in a business-to-business environment or in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
Main Duties
1. Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources.
3. Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, handle cancellations/modifications, and ensure a smooth buying experience.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our product range to assist customers confidently.
5. Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote complementary products that add value for customers.
6. Professional Communication: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Skills
1. At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
2. Experience in sales is preferred.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. A proactive, customer-first attitude.
5. Ability to commute to Avonmouth.
