SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs Implement specialised teaching techniques to assist SEN students in their learning Monitor and assess student progress regularly Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN Code of Practise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in SEN education Training in specific SEN interventions Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work closely with students in educational settings Potential travel to different locations within Oxfordshire All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
