Job Description
We're looking for two Youth Workers to be part of our busy, dynamic, and highly skilled team. A passion for supporting young people through difficult and complex situations is essential.
Our Charity
No Limits is the leading youth services charity in Southampton, supporting children and young people in the city and across Hampshire.
We value our staff and volunteers who use their own lived experience to support the children and young people they work with. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our work and recruitment.
Your Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you thrive on helping them navigate challenges and unlock their full potential?
Join our Advice and Wellbeing Hub, a safe, inclusive space for young people under 25 to find support on issues like mental health, housing, relationships, substance use, exploitation, education, and more.
You will use your knowledge, empathy, and creativity to build trusted relationships with young people, empowering them to overcome barriers and build confidence. You will deliver open-access drop-in sessions and one-to-one support, making each interaction impactful.
Please include relevant knowledge, skills, and experience on your application, whether from work, volunteering, education, or personal experience. We value growth and ongoing learning.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is paramount. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and those with similar experiences to the young people we support.
Benefits
We offer 36 days annual leave, wellbeing days, pension scheme, life assurance, hybrid and flexible working, comprehensive induction and training, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
Interested? We'd love to hear from you!
To apply, submit your application via the portal by 9am on Monday 4th August. For questions, contact James Henty or Holly Wells at their emails. Please include how your experience meets the role requirements in your supporting statement. We do not accept CVs. The advert may close early if suitable candidates are found.
