About Us Permanent clinical teams—Western-trained, standards-first—for Gulf hospitals, clinics and royal & UHNW households. You will steward a low-variance, evidence-led MSK program with defined milestones and hydrotherapy blocks. Itinerary spans Dubai operations, Western Med stops (France, Spain), seasonal US/Caribbean legs and select island routes.
