About The Role
Location: Halifax
1. Salary £13.09 per hour
2. Working 24 hours minimum per week any 3 out of 7 days to be worked.
3. Guaranteed min of 3 days per week
4. Flexible hours to suit the business needs
5. Must be able to travel to any of the 5 sites in Calderdale
6. Start time: 08:00 am - 17:00 pm flexible hours to suit the business needs with half hour unpaid break
7. Includes weekend and Bank holidays. B/H: overtime x2 plus day in lieu
8. Summer hours: 08:00 am:17:00 pm Winter hours 08:00- 4:00 pm on Saturday start: 08:00 am
9. Summer: Sunday: 09:00am - 16:00pm - Winter: 10:00am- 16:00pm
What will I be doing?
Providing excellent levels of customer service, you will advise and assist members of the public on how to use the site in order to maximise recovery of materials they are depositing,

With the potential to gain qualifications including IOSH health & safety and COTC level 4 (waste industry specific), we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will be expected to join the current site team to ensure operations exceed the standards required. A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required.

A good level of customer service and team work approach
Ideally some prior mobile plant use is desirable but full training will be given.
