The role
As a Risk Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a prominent position within Fleet Operation’s Programme Management Office (PMO).
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the oversight of the Risk Management process across the Programme, liaising with project teams to ensure policy compliance and high standards are achieved. You will also:
1. Implement Risk Management policies / procedures / process and instructions, maintaining Risk Governance arrangements through the project lifecycle.
2. Plan and conduct risk workshop facilitation.
3. Management of Risk data, and quality assurance of Risk reporting.
4. Conduct complex quantitative risk analysis and modelling.
5. Establish good internal and external relationships with all stakeholders.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Risk Manager
6. Recent and relevant experience in a similar environment / business sector.
7. Experience of implementing Risk Governance, Risk Management methodologies, processes, systems and tools
8. Advanced Risk & opportunity management techniques
9. Excellent communication skills to convey complex risk insights to senior stakeholders.
10. Ability to manage effective relationships with project stakeholders and interfacing functions.
Qualifications for the Risk Manager
11. Batchelors Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.
