Robert Half Accountancy and Finance is partnering with a progressive business based in Leeds city centre in their search for a Finance Manager. This role would suit a candidate who has qualified in either practice or industry. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational finance, while developing your leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
3. Manage daily finance activities
4. Identify and implement efficiencies across finance operations and reporting
5. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver financial insights.
6. Day to day supervision of an accounts assistant
Candidate Profile
7. Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or ACA or equivalent)
8. Experience as a Management Accountant or Finance Manager with a strong desire to grow and develop
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
