Salary & Contract
NLC13: £56,329 - £61,498 Per Year
This position is temporary until 23rd March 2028.
Responsibilities
* Ensure appropriate supports are in place for both individuals and their families whose lives are affected by substance misuse.
* Provide day-to-day operational management and leadership of the team.
* Ensure effective use of targeted resources through joint working with partner agencies including the Alcohol and Drug Partnership and Harm Reduction Service.
* Lead service improvements and maintain high standards within the integrated addiction recovery team.
Qualifications
* General degree or equivalent qualification such as a CQSW/DipSW, degree in nursing, occupational therapy or equivalent.
* Significant relevant experience working with vulnerable service users and experience of working closely with partner agencies.
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing.
* Post-qualifying certificate in child protection, mental health or addictions is desirable.
Working Pattern
Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm
