What you'll do: Conduct detailed surveys and assess housing stock condition Ensure compliance with Decent Homes and HHSRS standards Diagnose building defects and recommend solutions Drive data integrity and support long-term asset management Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams for top-notch service Supervise contractors and ensure health & safety compliance Deliver Energy Performance Certificates and support planned maintenance
What you'll bring: HNC, NVQ3 or higher in a property-related subject (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience with stock condition surveys Knowledge of housing legislation and energy efficiency standards Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Ability to travel and work flexibly
