As a Mobile HGV Technician with Conway Commercials Ltd you will be expected and trusted to maintain and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles to the highest standards.
You will be provided with a fully equipped workshop van from which you will carry out PMIs, routine servicing, diagnostics, roadside repairs and MOTs. You will be based from our busy workshop in Queenborough, attending to customer vehicles off site when required.
The shift for this role is 4on/3off - Sunday to Wednesday, Wednesday to Saturday. This is rotated every 3 months. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00. Call out rota optional.
Overtime is paid at 1.5 x basic rate with uncapped earnings a reality. Average earnings in excess of £65K.
The role includes use of workshop van, mobile phone, tablet, expense card, fuel card and full workwear / uniform.
Training courses with OEM and 3rd party suppliers will be provided following a successful probation period.
You will need to be an experienced / qualified candidate. Welding skills and HGV Driving License desirable but not essential.
