The Role:
Our client is hiring for a Head of Wholesale to drive growth across UK and international markets. You’ll lead all aspects of our wholesale business from strategy and planning, to account management, sales and seasonal market execution.
We’re looking for someone commercially-minded, execution-focused and deeply experienced in fashion wholesale. You’ll already have senior-level relationships with key accounts and understand how to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the wholesale growth strategy across all markets
• Develop and manage relationships with key wholesale partners
• Lead seasonal sell-in processes, including market appointments, order management.
• Analyse sell-through data to inform product, pricing, and replenishment decisions
• Partner with merchandising and design teams
• Oversee wholesale operations,
• Attend trade shows, showrooms and key global buying appointments
• Lead and grow the wholesale team as the business scales
• Act as the senior point of contact for all wholesale partners
About You:
• 5+ years in a senior wholesale role within the fashion industry
• Proven experience growing wholesale accounts
• Strong relationships with major online and international wholesale partners
• Highly commercial with deep understanding of margins, sell-through and category performance
• Excellent negotiation and account management skills
• Able to operate at pace, with a hands-on approach
• Confident presenting and influencing
• Strong understanding of global fashion markets
• Passionate about product
