Make a Real Difference In How People Are Heard.
Real Life Options is looking for someone who cares deeply about people’s voices being taken seriously. MyVoice is our group‑wide programme that gathers insight from the people we support and from our employees, and turns it into real action. This isn’t a token feedback role. It’s a programme that shapes decisions, influences quality, and strengthens our reputation as a provider people trust.
If you’re driven by meaningful engagement, confident with data, and experienced in leading programmes that create visible impact, this could be a brilliant fit.
About Real Life Options Group
Real Life Options Group is a national social care provider supporting autistic people, people with learning disabilities, and individuals who need assistance to live independently. We pride ourselves on person‑centred support that helps people live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
We operate across Scotland and England, offering a wide range of support services, from supported living and outreach to specialist community‑based care.
We’re growing, evolving, and raising standards across the sector. What sets us apart is our commitment to listening hard: to the people we support, to their families, and to our employees. MyVoice is central to that commitment.
Our Purpose
We exist to support individuals in having greater control over their lives, promoting equality and respect in their homes and communities. Everything we do is shaped by the belief that people should be heard, valued, and supported to live the life they choose.
Our Values
Respect – We listen, value people’s experiences, and treat everyone with dignity.
Honesty – We communicate openly and take a transparent approach to decisions and feedback.
Responsibility – We act on what we hear and take ownership of driving positive change.
Excellence – We work to improve continuously, delivering the highest quality of support.
These values sit at the heart of the MyVoice programme, they guide how we listen, how we respond, and how we turn insight into meaningful action.
