We are recruiting ADHD Nurse Practitioners to join the Adult Neurodevelopmental Service at Horizon House (Epsom)

Role: Health Facilitator Nurse / ADHD Nurse Practitioner
Location: Horizon House, Epsom / Remote (hybrid)
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Contract: ASAP – 31st March 2026
Rate: £26.85 per hour
Role purpose:
To deliver high-quality, holistic physical health assessments and nursing care for adults with ADHD, supporting the wider Neurodevelopmental Service.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct physical health checks and risk assessments in line with NICE guidance
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for adults with ADHD
Mentor, supervise, and support staff and students
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, acute, and primary care services
Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement projects
Ensure professional standards in line with NMC Code of Conduct and Trust policies
Essential requirements:
Registered nurse (RMN, RGN, RNLD) with current NMC registration
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting
Experience with SystemOne
Experience in ADHD assessment and care in the community
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
