Cover Supervisors Wanted - Flexible Supply Work in Barnsley
Are you passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom? Looking for flexible work that fits around your life? Tradewind is recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing day-to-day and short-term cover across secondary schools in Barnsley.
?? The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across various subjects
* Maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance where needed to help students stay on task

We're looking for candidates who:
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Are confident managing a classroom environment
* Can work flexibly across different schools in Barnsley
* Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths) - a degree is desirable.
* Experience working with young people (in education or other settings) is necessary.
