Responsibilities
:
1. Maintaining, updating, and improving quality processes.
2. Document control activities including SOP creation, formatting, review cycles, version control, and archiving.
3. Track and manage change controls, deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, complaints, and investigations.
4. Maintain quality logs, trackers, and dashboards to provide clear visibility of quality performance.
5. Coordinate sample retention, testing records, and QC documentation in line with GMP requirements.
6. Support batch record review activities and follow ups.
7. Support the planning, preparation, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
8. Maintain audit readiness across the site by ensuring records are current, accurate, and readily accessible.
9. Support new product introductions by coordinating quality documentation and ensuring readiness against quality and regulatory requirements.
10. Support the implementation of standardised ways of working and GMP across the site.
11. Assist in monitoring quality KPIs and metrics.
12. Support training administration for quality systems, GMP, and SOPs, including tracking completion and effectiveness.
13. Champion a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
14. Experience in a quality-related role (QA, QC, or Quality Systems) within a regulated manufacturing environment such as Cosmetics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or similar.
15. Working knowledge of GMP and quality standards such as ISO is preferred.
16. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
17. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track actions, and follow tasks through to completion.
18. Confident communicator, able to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organisation.
19. Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the Quality function.
